ECOin is using a blockchain network crawler that maintains a list of IP addresses of the most reliable nodes on the network.
This is used to share those node IPs via DNS request to ecoinseed.03c8.net to anyone requiring an entry point into the decentralized network.
ECOin is using a bootstrap.dat binary file containing blockchain data, from the genesis block through first checkpoint that allows new wallets
to synchronize the first blocks without the need to connect to the network or wait for the peers to send the beginning of the blockchain.
This file must be placed next to the configuration file (ecoin.conf).
This is an example of ecoin.conf that should be placed into ECOin path folder at: /home/$user/.ecoin/.
